Tim is one of NSR Associates founding partners and has been based in Dubai for over 10 years since relocating to the Middle East from the South Coast of England in 2008.

With over 14 years specific construction recruitment experience having specifically dealt with Main Contractors & Sub Contractors across Build, Civil Engineering, Infrastructure & Rail sectors. Tim has a wealth of knowledge to offer all clients.  With a track record of success within confidential recruitment assignments, overseas recruitment drives and contingency recruitment you can be sure of a straight forward and honest assessment from Tim in his recruitment approach.

Having visited and done business in India, Qatar, UAE, Bahrain, Oman and Europe he has a very strong knowledge of costs, working environments and upcoming projects.

In addition to this Tim handles recruitment of staff for our Dubai and London offices and would be always keen to talk to recruitment consultants, senior recruitment consultants or recruitment resourcers with knowledge of the Middle East market.
