We are looking for a rounded Design Manager that can work closely with the Pre Construction team in the Head Office whilst supporting sites based across the UK.

Our client is open to the  background you have come from, so that maybe Architecture, Management to Civil engineering. The most valuable asset they are after is for you to be able to see the bigger picture, in all aspects of the construction life cycle of a project.

As well as the following experience: 

• Main or Sub Contractor experience in a Design or Technical Coordination capacity
• Design & Build Project Experience
• IT & Software systems you feel comfortable on
• Are you a strong communicator and can handle a team or a client when needed
• You will have the technical understanding to read drawings and review programs
• Exposure to BIM is not essential but may help in the future
