Operations Manager leading the projects reporting to the Board.

Based in Dubai full time, this role will have high levels of UAE & GCC travel.

Involved in aspects ranging from business development, tender input, defining the project delivery strategy, management of budgets, coordinating resources, pushing the highest levels of safety and quality within the teams. Overall you will be able to help guide, mentor and lead teams through all stages.

You will have 3 Project Director reporting into you handling $100 Million + whilst having Project Managers on smaller projects in the $30-70 Million Region.

Do you have the people skills to build & nourish close working relationships ? These relationships could be internally with your your team and externally with clients both are crucial!

Overview

• Buoyant is a fair assessment with a strong order book
• At present this business has 5 Major projects under construction in the UAE with 3 in the wider Gulf Region
• They have numerous projects at final negotiations and ECI stages
• So at construction as its stands we have a 7 Year confirmed pipeline of work

• Handled at least 3 Major Projects in this sector for the Principal / Main Contractor as No1 be that Project Manager or Project Director
• 85% of your experience is with Main Contractors opposed to clients & consultants
• You have a minimum of a 10 Year commitment to this role
• You must have 20 Years Post Graduate Industry Experience
• Due to succession planning this client will not look at candidates over 60 Years of age
