This person will take the full operational control of all Live Projects under construction across Toronto. You will need to have a track record and knowledge of major Heavy Civil Engineering & Rail Projects to get the full support & respect of the Project Managers & Super-intendants out in the field.
This person will report into the Board and have direct responsibility for a team of 60-90 Permanent Staff. You will have full operational control for live projects . You will not be stretched across pre & post contract . The sole focus will be delivery teams out on site and ensuring that you have the best high performing teams hitting programs and key deadlines.
