We are working with a Western PMC who are looking to hire an Architect for their Interior Design division.
As an Interior Design Architect, you will play a crucial role in shaping the aesthetic and functional aspects of the projects which include luxury Hospitality and High End Residential.
You will collaborate closely with our architectural and engineering teams to create innovative interior spaces.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget constraints.
- Produce detailed interior design drawings, specifications, and material selections.
- Coordinate with external suppliers, contractors, and vendors to procure materials and furnishings.
- Oversee the implementation of design concepts, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
- Provide guidance and support to junior interior designers and interns as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in interior design, preferably within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively under pressure.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity and innovation.

We are working with a Western Project Management / Cost Consultancy who have just secured several new, large projects in Dubai.
Among these include a new build 500m AED School project, a new build High Rise Tower and a Luxury Hotel Refurb.
With the new projects come new requirements! They are looking to hire the below positions, all UAE based;
- SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER – 40-50k AED
- ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER – 25-35k AED
- SENIOR QS – 25-35k AED
- ASSISTANT QS – 15-20k AED
For each of the above roles they are looking for strong candidates who have some PMC experience, ideally working for reputable consultancies in the UAE.
The candidates will also have the following skills / experience;
- Degree in relevant field (Civil Engineering / Project Management / Quantity Surveying.)

The Company
We are working with a Western Contracting company based in Dubai. This organization have been active in the UK for many years and in Dubai since 2019, currently with 19 live projects in Dubai.
Projects range from small high-end Fit outs, through to full A-Z new builds up to circa 40/50m AED in value.
They have been steadily growing as a business and continue to win work in the region, meaning they are looking to hire the following.
The Role
They are looking for an experienced Project Manager to run 2-3 small/medium sized projects in Dubai.
This person will be Western educated and come from a main contracting, delivery background. They will have experience of running their own projects from start to finish and will have a good attitude / desire to develop their skills and career.
Other experience required;
- UAE experience
- Experience delivering BUILD projects, ideally residential.
- Western educated
- A-Z project experience including fit out.
The Benefits
The role comes with a salary of circa 25-35,000 AED monthly. In addition to this the company will also provide visa, medical and annual flights for the employee and their family.
