You will be responsible for supporting the design, installation, and commissioning of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems within Modular, off-site & construction projects.
This role involves collaborating with project teams, ensuring adherence to industry standards, and contributing to the successful implementation of MEP plans.
Working closely with the General Manager you will form a strong relationship working side by side for all pre-construction and execution stages. One minute you will be involved in a bid submission and the next you will be on site coordinating.

Working closely with the British Project Director, able to analyze risk & delays before they occur coming up with recover strategies if needed.

- You must be able to relocate before the 29th of October 2024 LATEST
- Clear strength working for MEP Sub-contractors or Main Contractors leading the production, quality, technical & cost on site
- Client is open to trades background or degree be that mechanical or electrical bias
- They are seeking someone with 15 Years Post Graduate experience

We are working with a western contracting company based in Dubai. This organization have been active in the UAE for 30 + years
Projects range from small high-end fit outs, through to full hotel refurbishments projects.
They have been steadily growing as a business and continue to win work in the region, meaning they are looking to hire the following:
A talented Estimating engineer who will work closely alongside an estimation Manager & technical Manager. Working in a team handling tenders of 500 million AED. The ideal candidate will add value, advise and technical expertise for all the mechanical elements that go into these high end fit out projects. Experience working on both site and within an office environment is highly preferable.
Salary:
AED 18,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
REQUIREMENTS:

Currently based in the UAE
Clear experience for a FIT -OUT Sub Contractor/Main Contractor in the UAE
Fit out experience is essential
8 years relevant estimating experience – the ideal candidate will have experience both on site and office-based works.

We are working directly with the client (Developer) on an iconic Giga-Project in KSA. They are looking to bring an experienced MEP Manager (Saudi National) into the business.
The Role / Responsibilities;
- Develop and execute the MEP Department short-term strategic plan in alignment with the corporate strategies.
- Develop annual business plans for the MEP Department and ensure the achievement of financial and strategic objectives.
- Manage the MEP team consisting of Engineers, Designers and Commercial staff.
- Develop operational strategies, policies and procedures in line with the operational program of the Company.
- Oversee the effective planning, design, installation, and maintenance of MEP systems in the projects.
- Review MEP designs and liaise with the team on MEP utility, delivery, contractors and consultants.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external consultants and contractors to ensure the delivery of high-quality MEP services that meet industry standards and project requirements.
Experience Required:
- This candidate MUST be a Saudi National for this position.
- Experience working in KSA in a Senior MEP position (managerial) for a Developer or Consultancy
- 10+ years experience working in a Senior MEP role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university
- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is preferred
- Relevant certifications within the field of MEP is preferred (e.g., HVAC, Piping, etc.)
- Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written English and Arabic.
- This role is working in a remote location so the candidate must be willing and able to work close to site.
Salary / Benefits:
