I have re-joined NSR Associates – Construction Recruitment Expert. Based in the Middle East, I will be focused on working with Parsons Corporation with their recruitment needs on Major Developments across Saudi Arabia.

Cath is from the Philippines and has been working and living in Dubai for over 10 years.

She works for NSR Associates in the capacity of Office Manager in Dubai and her role is to supervise all of the administrative activities that facilitate in the office. Her other duties include assisting the management team, formatting CV’s prior to being sent out to clients and handling accounts.

Luke specialises in recruiting for permanent positions in Construction and Engineering throughout the Middle East. Having worked the same perm construction market in London for many years previously, Luke brings a wealth of experience recruiting all disciplines for Developers, Consultancies and Tier 1 Contractors.

Adopting a personable and pro-active approach, Luke provides up-to date market information to clients and candidates alike.

Growing up on the Wirral, Matt moved on to the University of Leeds where he obtained a Degree in Business and Finance.

He entered the General Recruitment / Executive Search market in the year 2000 before specialising in the Construction sector 3 years later, joining a large national construction recruiter in the UK. In 2006, Matt made the move to a newly formed office in the UAE where he quickly established himself, servicing clients across the international & local contracting market.

In 2009, he became one of 4 partners who set up NSR Associates continuing to work extensively with large international contractors, consultants and clients alike.

Matt has over 18 years specific Construction recruitment experience working at managerial and day to day hands on recruiting.

Having been based out of East Anglia in UK for various regional recruitment companies, his expertise was in temporary and contract employment for Build & Civil Engineering Contractors.

The last 9 years Matt has been specially dealing in the MENA market working with civil engineering & building contractors as well as carving a particular niche within the interior fit out sector.

Tim is one of NSR Associates founding partners and has been based in Dubai for over 10 years since relocating to the Middle East from the South Coast of England in 2008.

With over 14 years specific construction recruitment experience having specifically dealt with Main Contractors & Sub Contractors across Build, Civil Engineering, Infrastructure & Rail sectors. Tim has a wealth of knowledge to offer all clients.  With a track record of success within confidential recruitment assignments, overseas recruitment drives and contingency recruitment you can be sure of a straight forward and honest assessment from Tim in his recruitment approach.

Having visited and done business in India, Qatar, UAE, Bahrain, Oman and Europe he has a very strong knowledge of costs, working environments and upcoming projects.
