3 D & 4D  Modeler required to produce detailed animations  taking 3D and into 4D for tender submissions and presentations

Working in the team to create and develop 4D animations showing the construction methodology and planning logistics. The 3D/4D Modeler will use a range of 3d modelling and editing software used to create our multi award winning animations.

Working on some of the most complex & iconic projects from Mega Watt Data Centers through to Pharmaceutical.

The Role 

• Head Office Based (In the office)
• Working within the Pre -Construction Team
• Producing animation for bid submissions, planning, marketing & client communication

Requirements we want to see on the CV 

• Construction visualization experience
• Able to provide a portfolio
• 2 Years + BIM & Visualization experience
• Software experience needed

Software Experience desired :

• REVIT
• SKETCHUP
• CIVIL 3D
• NAVISWORKS
