We are seeking an Associate Director to help drive this growth phase for our agile Cost Consultancy. This group offers the right Associate Director the chance to make decisions and drive both profit and growth into new regions.
You will hands on drive the business managing key accounts, business development, commercial assignments and team performance.
Working alongside another key individual you will have responsibility for P&L, strategy and the direction of this group in the UAE. Due to an internal promotion and a key senior figure relocating to another office this is why the right director must be secured.
The management see this person being a qualified Quantity Surveyor with 10 Years experience handling the full life cycle of works for consultancies or contactors. Do you have the soft skills to network and see opportunities that others don’t ?

They are seeking someone with the following credentials and people skills
- Qualified Quantity Surveyor / Contracts Administrator with a relevant Construction Degree be that Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
- 10 Years experience within the Industry
- Middle East experience – you have a network and understand how business is done. Not a position to learn on the job so to speak!
- Confident and client facing with exemplary communication skills
- Able to lead , mentor and upskill and team of Quantity Surveyors
- Capable and assured to hold meaningful conversations with clients to understand their needs and stresses in relation to investments, projects and solutions
- This person must embody teamwork and collaboration as its part of the major pillar that this business was built upon
- Would you describe yourself as focused, organized and a self-starter as these aspects are critical in this role
