As a BIM Manager, you’ll hold a pivotal role in spearheading and overseeing the BIM process, steering it seamlessly from pre-contract stages to project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Develop bespoke BIM strategies tailored to each project’s lifecycle.
• •Review and implement contractual agreements conducive to collaborative BIM environments.
• •Craft project-specific model development strategies and manage information risk adeptly, keeping clients and delivery teams informed of progress.
• •Establish meticulous model review protocols and provide guidance, support, and training to colleagues for consistent project-wide implementation.
• •Lead enlightening BIM workshops, fostering collaboration among design, contractor, and client teams.

Requirements:

• •Third-level qualification in Construction/Structural/Services disciplines.
• •A minimum of 5 years’ postgraduate experience in a related field, preferably with main contractor exposure.
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and Revit Architecture.
• •Thorough knowledge and understanding of BIM procedures and protocols.
• •Exceptional communication prowess and adeptness in working autonomously.
