Do you have significant BREEAM experience having worked in the UK Construction Industry ? We have an exciting opportunity for someone with strong certification & validity experience of BREEAM . We have a leading UK Construction business looking to get someone strong into the business ASAP that can handle , drive and coordinate all BREEAM related activities for the group.

 

Do you have a strong handle on BREEAM Ratings & the Certification process ?

You will be based at this organizations head quarters, outside of Heathrow, London. The business is looking for someone to drive , manage and coordinate all aspects for BREAM within construction. Can you handle , manage and coordinate all validation , certification and drive all net zero goals for the business.

 

Working alongside Head of Pre Construction & Pre Construction Manager you will be the go to person for the group based in Head office but handling across the UK region.

• Do you have BREEAM experience in the UK Industry
• You will be joining a Leading UK business
• Are you a licensed BREEAM assessor and want to use this experience
• Do you have the Construction Experience
• Are you happy to travel and work away when needed
• Do you have strong communication skills
• IT & Software literate
