Exciting times for this UK Main Contractor. They are establishing a new office in the Midlands to help them go past the £150 Million mark!

Have you worked within the Industrial Warehouse space for a Regional or Nationwide  Main Contractor in this arena ? This business has leapt past the financial targets for a number of reasons. Based from the Midlands office you will report directly into the Owner and be his right hand person for opening up new clients.

  • 2023 – £71 Million
  • 2024  – Secured  £119 Million

At present this business is in the fortunate position to negotiate a vast amount of work but they want to open other clients within the Retail , Commercial , Developer & Industrial Sectors.

You will be opening doors , maintaining relationships , attending industry events , networking , coordinating client days and ensuring that you have the finger on the pulse of live opportunities arising. As the Managing Director said to us . … ” we are not seeking a leaflet dropper but someone with an in-depth knowledge of  the Industrial Warehouse space” 

You will have the personality to win people over , influence and be memorable for the right reasons !

Experience requested 

  • Main Contractor experience in a Pre Construction Manager , Bid / Business Development capacity
  • Strong Construction know how from technical, commercial and engineering
  • Strong client, supply chain  and knowledge within the Construction of Industrial Warehouses & Distribution

Please note ** This is role involve involve extensive travel to meet business needs . You will be rewarded and incentivized for hard work and success in the team.
