Leading Buildings Main contractor Turning over in excess of €1 Billion across the Data, Pharma & High Technology Space of Construction. Are you a driven Senior QS ready to step up or a Project Commercial Manager looking to stop that travel to Europe on a weekly basis ?

  • You will come to the table with a track record of Tier 1 Builders (MAIN CONTRACTING) house hold names in this sector.

This role has a direct line into the Group Commercial Director & Board. This person will form a close working relationship with the In-House Country Manager & Operations Managers in Ireland and this role has the scope to grow into a Commercial Director post over time (1-3 Years Max)

You will be involved in day to day decision on site to ensure project and business success for this MW Data Center. You will be expected to be across the numbers. Due to the pace of program and decision making times you will get into the detail of the jobs to protect, advise and drive.

You will be expected to lead from the front but will be compensated in short & long term incentives.

Following is expected for successful applicants

  • Currently based in Northern Ireland or Happy to Relocate
  • Open to travel in Ireland to meet business needs
  • possess a can do attitude with a hands on approach to management and commercial activities
  • BSc Quantity Surveying
  • Capable to manage, grow and recruit high performing teams that follow your leadership

The package for the right candidate will be 

  • Up to £110,000 Per Annum Basic
  • Car Allowance £11,000
  • Fuel Paid
  • Life Cover & Death in service
  • Guaranteed Bonus up to 20% of basic + Long Term Incentive
  • All meals and accommodation paid if needed
