Searching for a new challenge as Construction Manager? I have an exciting project with a motivated team in the scenic town of Heide near the North sea coast!

My client is looking for a motivated Construction Manager to come and join a brownfield project in the North of Germany with a minimum value of 200 million Euros with a potential of increasing to 2 billion depending on scope and expansion.

The role will be focused on a large battery manufacturing facility and the scope of the work will be all foundations, under slab services, Superstructure (precast concrete), cladding and roofing.

Essentials:

Civil Engineering or Construction Management Degree

Battery Manufacturing Facility experience – will consider data centre or large pharmaceutical experience.

Longevity in your previous roles

Track record for a tier one building and civil engineering contractor

Desirable:

Fluent in German

Local to Heide (Commutable)
