Description
Key responsibilities:
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Establish an appropriate procurement strategy, identifying key construction and supply partners who are at a level suitable for achieving outcomes.
- Manage the procurement process (pre-qualifications / RFP / Tender and evaluation) for contractors and consultants during pre and post contract phase.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the delivery of projects.
- Develop, manage and monitor project programme from concept to completion.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Develop a detailed project execution plan.
- Develop and manage project trackers to monitor project progress to ensure successful delivery including task trackers, weekly lookaheads, risk register, procurement trackers, progress dashboards, programme, etc.
- Manage contractors and consultants’ coordination to ensure shop drawings/materials approvals, RFI are fully coordinated as per programme requirement to eliminate delays.
Requirements:
- Construction Management qualification from a reputable University.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in construction management, with demonstrable evidence of cradle to grave experience.
- Min 3 years’ experience of delivering High End Luxury Residential projects in the UAE will be preferred.
- Exceptional communication, organisation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use software such as the Microsoft Suite of Documents, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Teams, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple sub-contractors / suppliers and be a trusted team player.
- A good work ethic, integrity and professionalism, able to represent the client in any situation.
