You will be based on a Major Industrial Project, within a commutable distance of the Sussex boarder.

If you are based within Hampshire, Surrey or Sussex with Main Contractor experience, looking to join a business with strong pipeline of work……….

What’s important is that you can see the big picture in relation to the design & technical aspects leading through the construction life cycle of a project.

You will be sat on a newly awarded £110 Million Industrial Factory. There is another 2 phases which will be awarded / negotiated at a later date.

Can you think outside the box on how to work with the supply chain and client to help bring successful projects in for a WIN WIN for everyone. Do you see risks, design clashes or solutions when needed……

Do you match the following criteria 

• Main or Sub Contractor experience in a Design or Technical Coordination capacity
• Design & Build Project Experience
• IT & Software systems you feel comfortable on
• Are you a strong communicator and can handle a team or a client when needed
• Construction Background relevant to the role be that Degree on HNC
• You will have the technical understanding to read drawings and review programs
