Do you believe, you are a well rounded Design Manager that can work closely with Pre Construction & Project Teams? Do you see the bigger picture in respect to all the design and technical aspects throughout the construction life cycle of a project?

Our client is very open minded to this persons background whether it be Civil Engineer, Architecture or Site Management.

Are you a Design Managers with pre & post contract experience ……….What does this mean? Well do you have experience of leading the Design Process at Pre Construction / Bid Stage and also whilst at execution delivery stage on site?

Do you have the confident in being able to manage the Design Process from start to completion? Feel you are capable of managing multiple projects?

You will be joining an ambitious, dynamic and fast paced growing business currently turning over in excess of £60 Million within the UK, with an attitude of this increasing in the next few years.

So this business has a great track record of successful projects, they are extremely PROUD to have not furloughed or made ANYONE redundant during the c-19 TIMES.

Can you think outside the box on how to work with the supply chain and client to help bring successful projects in for a WIN WIN for everyone. Do you see risks, design clashes or solutions when needed……

To you many it may seem insignificant, yet saving 0.5% on a project. Is the level of detail that sets our client apart from the rest.  

Do you have the following experience 

  • Main or Sub Contractor experience in a Design or Technical Coordination capacity
  • Design & Build Project Experience
  • IT & Software systems you feel comfortable on
  • Are you a strong communicator and can handle a team or a client when needed
  • Construction Background relevant to the role be that Degree on HNC
  • You will have the technical understanding to read drawings and review programs
