Description

We are working with a Residential Developer based in Dubai who are looking to hire a Development Manager.

This person will assist in the Development of a medium-rise Residential project located in Dubai. This role will manage he project right from the very start, so will be looking at things like feasibility studies, concept design and financial studies, as well as appointing contractors and liaising with Government bodies.

Responsibilities:

• Working with Design team on Concept Design
• Project Coordination and Management
• Feasibility studies and Costing
• Strategic Planning
• Market Analysis
• Project Oversight
• Financial Monitoring

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years in development management, ideally managing residential projects.
• UAE experience working for a Consultancy or Developer in a similar role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Real Estate, Business Administration, Architecture,
  or Engineering.

Remuneration / Benefits:

This role comes with a monthly package of circa 45,000 AED per month + visa, medical and annual return flight home for the employee.
