This UAE Based Main Contractor has engaged NSR Associates on a retained basis at “Tender Stage”.
They have a tender submission getting submitted just before Ramadan. Tender should be awarded before the 1st of June 2023 LATEST!
We have been asked to shortlist the following critical roles. If the business secure this project they will need to engage the following positions urgently.
Major Shopping Mall Project – UAE
- Project Director 60-75,000 AED Per Month
- Project Manager – 45-57,000 AED Per Month
- Commercial Manager – 50-60,000 AED Per Month
- Planning Manager – 40-45,000 AED Per Month
The figures stated above are plus the following
- Family Visas
- Medical
- Flights
- Schooling Paid up to 2 Children
Building a Major shopping mall have you handled ….technical issues , critical path ,EOT’s , direct delivery and sub contractor management? Working on such a fast paced project is not for the faint hearted as its a 6 Day working well 10-12 Hr days depending on program status!
The following is CRITICAL for any potential job seekers:
- Have you built a Shopping Mall in the Gulf for a Main Contractor from START to Finish
- Is 85% of your working career within a Main Contractor – They are simply NOT interested in Developers , Architectural Practices or PMC’s
- Does your CV show a clear track record of progression and loyalty
- Have you delivered to tight programs under pressure in the Gulf Before
- You have worked for a Tier 1 Contractor that Delivered a Mall on a 300 Million AED ++ Scale
