Our client is one of Ireland’s leading Multi-Disciplinary Main Contractors. They have a rich history of landmark projects in the capital and across Europe.

They have 55 Years trading and have a great reputation for collaboration with staff and the supply chain. Over this time they have won a number of industry awards showing how they are viewed both internally and externally.

 

 

Does a relocation to Ireland suit you and your family ? 

This major project has 24 Months of construction with a big lead in time for design and coordination. The market is busy and the outlook is very positive for the market and our client. There is potential growth into a senior department head over time . If you are career motivated you will be embraced to grow your career here.

The right person will be able to get involved in all aspects from design , coordination , factory inspection , QMS, resolving issues and general management.  You will have a track record on complex Facades for Sub Contractors or Main Contractors.

You will be called upon to add value at all phases of work from execution, design and snagging for final payment.

Our client will do a first teams meeting to understand why you wish to relocate to Dublin and then a second interview to get into the technical aspects of the project.

Do you match the following:

• 10 Years Minimum within a management capacity on large scale Buildings
• Clear experience as a Façade Manager / Project Manager working for a Global Externals Sub Contractor or Main Contractor
• Communication skills to handle client , consultants and key sub-contractors
• Can you build meaningful relationships working in a team
• Keen to relocate to Ireland before the 1st of June 2023
