Description

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Facades engineer to oversee the design, construction and installation of Facades packages on a prestigious Cultural project.

Duties:
– Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.
– Be part of Contractor’s on site Facades execution team.
– Check and manage all sub-contractor’s work.
– Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods.
– Develop and implement quality control programs.
– Take actions to deal with the results of delays at construction site.
– Liaise with supervisory personnel and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years Facades experience with at least 3 years in the UAE working for a Tier 1 Building Contractor or reputable Facades Sub Contractors.

Major/Complex project experience preferred.

Willing to commute or reside in Abu Dhabi.

Strong English writing/communication skills preferred.
