MEP Project Manager 

90,000 -100,000 Euros per annum

Frankfurt & Hamburg

They are looking for a motivated, hardworking MEP Project Manager who is keen to make a difference.  You will work closely with the Projects Directors to ensure program and delivery is hit. Your application will ideally have a focus on MEP construction projects from concept to completion.

The Client + Project 

  • Global Main Contractor
  • Industrial Project based near the Frankfurt area
  • Minimum Value of 10 Million Euro’s
  • Minimum of 12 months with a potential of up to 5 years.

Role 

  • Managing, driving and motivating the site team.
  • Ensuring Quality throughout.
  • Working closely alongside stakeholders and the supply chain to drive continuous improvement, bottom line gains and success for all parties. You will have your eye on program and cost whilst ensuring all aspects are agreed to as per the contractual terms of the contract.
  • Ability to build trust of every level.
  • Co-ordinating solutions and removing issues that stand in the way of project success.
  • Operating on a strategic level and able to think outside the box

Technical Awareness

  • Electrical , MV & Switchgear
  • Generators, UPS Systems & Power Panels
  • Chillers & Fan Walls & BMS

Essentials before applying:

  • An experienced MEP Project Manager or Construction Manager
  • Experience of working on Data Centre, battery manufacturing, airport or hospital projects.
  • Clear strength working for MEP Sub-contractors or Main Contractors leading the production, quality, technical & cost on site.
  • Longevity in previous roles
