Do you have clear experience delivering large scale , complex and technically challenging civil & infrastructure projects in the UAE region for Main Contractors ?

The General Manager of this group needs to make a strategic hire due to succession planning and workload hitting their desks over the next 12 Months.

At present they are negotiating the following contracts with a combined value at 2.4 Billion AED  (1. Leisure & Tourism Facility- Private Members Club, 2. Major Utilities & Earthworks Package for a UAE Developer, 3. Landscaping & Infrastructure packages for a role out of Data Centers in the UAE & 4. Highways Project)

 

What is absolutely NON negotiable for this client is boots on the ground UAE experience. You must understand the culture, clients and supply chain as they don’t have time for someone to learn on the job so to speak.

Requested 

  • Clear 10 Year working commitment to the business and region (Retirement Policy for this client is 63 Years of Age)
  • Minimum of 5 Years UAE experience operating at a Project Director / Operations Manager Level
  • 90% of working career must have been within Civil Engineering Main Contractors – Not PMC’s clients etc thank you
  • Eye for detail and exceptional communication skills – confident presenting and client facing
  • Able to add value through the entire life cycle of work from BD, Tender Submission, Execution of work on site & Final Account
  • Strategically capable to operate at the highest level and spot business opportunities
  • Civil Engineering Degree (Attested)
  • Strong CV that shows loyalty and success. Not 4 jobs in 8 years thank you.
  • 15 Years post Graduate experience
  • Seeking this person to start before the 1st of September 2025
