Have you led a Project worth 700 Million to 1 Billion in the UAE in the past 7 Years on site for a Tier 1 Main Contractor?

Or have you led multiple projects operating as an Operations Manager in the UAE for a Tier 1 Main Contractor ?

 

We are seeking someone that has delivered High End Villa Developments  in the United Arab Emirates

Titles are irrelevant as you will of trodden the path for the Main Contractor driving progress, leading a team and protecting the business bother commercially and contractually whilst still managing to keep a client relationship.  Its a tightrope and journey unlike no other! Reporting directly into the General Manager for this Main Contractor you will have full P&L of this major project.

 

Client is VERY, VERY clear what they want and no budging 

  • You will have delivered a 700-1 Billion AED Project for a Tier 1 in the UAE.
  • You will understand the design changes, people management , politics and program issues that come on a major project. You will of walked this path and have the right energy and desire to complete this race for our client!)
  • You must have exposure to High End Residential developments with a clear knowledge and understanding of the supply chain and clients
  • Strong network

The role you will be doing 

  • Sat on site Leading the Team and growing the business unit capability
  • Full P&L
  • Reporting to the General Manager
  • Bidding, strategy, client facing through to final account

 

We are seeking the following :

  • Happy to relocate to Dubai full time
  • Degree Educated or Trades Background client is open minded
  • Strong contractual , technical and commercial awareness
  • Clear Track record in the UAE for a Tier 1 Main Contractor (Repeat Tier 1)
  • Minimum 5 Year Commitment to deliver this project from start to finish
  • Must be able to start employment before the 1st of November 2024 LATEST
