Overview of the role
- As a Procurement Assistant you will be involved in all aspects from
- Vendor Approval Processes
- Managing RFQ
- Propose and manage new suppliers and registrations
- Analyze prices and technical capabilities
- Updating all systems & database
- Attending industry events to understand trends & new offerings
- Liaise with the contract department to issue awards
Qualifications + Skills
- Degree Desired but no essential
- 5 Years relevant construction procurement experience
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of construction processes, contracts, and procurement methodologies
- Exhibit exceptional analytical and commercial acumen
- Able to present and display effective communication and negotiation skills
