Project is worth between £70-110 Million based outside of West London (Outside the M25). Its a Major Technology Client with a huge spend across the Data Center Market in the UK & abroad. Have you ever delivered a £75 Million + project as No1 on site

 

Do you have clear experience handling Lump Sum Design & Build Projects for reputable Main Contractors ?

 

Client 

• Operating in 9 Countries at present
• Main Contractor
• Largest Project to Date £240 Million
• Group led by Profit not turnover
• Reporting directly into the Area Operations Director that has been with the business 10 Years

You will work with the client through design, program & risk. You must have a collaborate approach to work, a non-aggressive manner as this is a long term global client. You will be expected to nurture the relation  and win further phases and projects off the back of this successful project.

Role 

• Managing site teams , client and parties inside and outside the UK
• Prior experience delivering £70 Million + projects
• Have you delivered a Data Center as Project Manager / Senior Project Manager and feel you are ready to step up ?
• Driving all parties towards handover in a collaborate approach
• Strategic thinking capacity that can see risk & issues before they gain traction
• History of building high performing teams with great cultures

Before applying 

• Relevant Construction Background be that Degree /MCIOB /HND
• Clear experience delivering PROJECTS for Main Contractors
• Able to commence employment before the 10th of January 2025 Latest
• Confident and client facing in a diplomatic approach
