Buildings Main Contractor – Main streams of business include Industrial, Commercial, Data & Logistics.

Role

Taking control of Health and Safety process including: Hazard Analysis, SOPs, Contractor Health and Safety Requirements, Accident and Incident Investigation,

Carrying out toolbox talks, inductions and inspections

Creating site HSSE strategies and pushing safety standards

Prepared to travel during the week due to the business being very client led rather than geographically focused

Safety presentations

Prepared to roll up your sleeves and set standards from the front

A can-do attitude who can build teams and sustain long term relationships

 

Requirements

NEBOSH

5+ Years On-site experience working as a Safety Manager or Advisor

Experience of Build and Civil Engineering Works

History of working for Main Contractors or Sub-Contractors looking after worker welfare and safety on construction sites.

Hold a permanent employment history

Basic salary range of £67-75,000
