Based on site you will be responsible for a section of work worth up to 750 Million AED . This section forms part of what is a 3 Billion AED Plus Project in Dubai. The scale of the job from 10 Months Piling, 50,000 Pieces , Number of sub-contractors on site. Simply put its an iconic MAJOR Project that will get global attention.

Role 

• Based on site full time to help project needs , this will be a 6 day week or 11 day fortnight depending upon workload
• You will report directly into the Construction Director & Project Director
• You will be able to plan, program and coordinate works whilst managing direct labor on site.
• You will be exposed to large scale concrete pours, erection of steel work
• Can you lead, motivate and drive productivity to the highest levels
• You will be involved in aspects of procurement through out the process to help give insight from your local UAE market experience.

Do you match the following 

• Prior UAE experience on Major Projects for Tier 1 & 2 Main Contractors in the UAE
• Currently based in the UAE and able to attend face to face interviews in Dubai in February with the aim to start on site before the 1st of MAY absolute LATEST
• Career history that shows longevity, success and no job hopping !
• Client is open to degree qualified or trades background
• Can you communicate to sub-contractors, project teams and stakeholders in a calm, assured and professional manner
• You will understand Major Project Dynamics, Politics & Demands to meet critical timeframes on site
