Description
Duties:
Project/Construction Management of a variety of Roads/Highways/Utilities schemes.
Turnkey project development from inception through design phases and on to delivery/completion stages.
Deliver accurate and clear presentations when necessary to key stakeholders and clients.
Ability to drive programs to deliver on time and within budget.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 10 years experience working for a mix of notable Developers and Contractors in the GCC, candidates with a track record on delivering projects in Roads, Highways and Utilities is a necessity.
UAE experience preferred
Degree educated preferred
Strong project based Construction experience coupled with the ability to ‘put site staff to work’.
This role would suit an individual with a wide ranging skill set that prefers to be in a position offering a lot of variety day to day with an exciting, dynamic Client!
