Project Quantity Surveyor / Package Surveyor that has worked on Building Projects for Reputable Tier 1 UK or Irish Main Contractors. Interested in a MW Data Project in Holland ?

Do you have 3-5 Years Experience and seeking a real exciting career opportunity for a Global Construction Client.

For pure ease of travel you need to be ideally based near a Major UK or Irish Airport that fly’s into Amsterdam – Holland

Overview 

• Fast Track Program for €150 Million over an 18 Month Period
• You will be joining a cash rich business giving you the chance to develop
• Working closely alongside the Project Director & Area Commercial Director
• You will have experience of sub contract management on site as majority of contracts have now been procured

• Buildings Main Contractors background
• Building Projects of £10-20 Million -Hotels , Residential , Mixed Use , Commercial , Retail , Education experience all fine
• Can you handle hard money ? This is not a fluffy PLC business but a dynamic , fast paced main contractor driven to make Margin %

The right person will be offered :

• Basic Salary Range £70-75,000
• Hotel provided whilst in country
• All flights in and out of country provided
• Car or Car Allowance
• There is a rotation that will allow you to work 3-4 Days in the Netherlands depending upon workload and status of the project
