They want TO HIRE a Project Coordinator / Quantity Surveyor to be based between the Head office and site. If you would describe yourself as ambitious & career motivated this is a fantastic platform to KICK on in your career.

Letting sub-contracts, managing payments, cost value reports and general site overview alongside the Project manager. You can expect financial rewards in bonuses, pay rises and promotions if you can perform under pressure making good decisions and hitting deadlines.

Following is expected for successful applicants

• Relevant construction experience for Main or Sub-Contracting businesses.
• Currently based in Canada, the Toronto Region
• Possess a can do attitude with a hands on approach to site management, technical & commercial activities
• Understand urgency and deadlines
• Pride yourself on strong communication & people skills
