Working closely with the Commercial Manager & Operations Manager for the Group this role offers career growth, financial reward and director prospects for those looking to push on.

Are you a Senior QS / Lead Surveyor Capable of handling a Project worth £20 Million or multiple smaller projects in the £3-7 Million Region.

Do you have experience of working for Contractors on Building Projects – JCT Contracts ? Clients area of expertise Retail , Industrial & Commercial.

This role will have the following responsibility :

• Cost Reports
• Tender Analysis
• Managing forecasts & cash flow
• Coordination of Bills of Quants
• Managing Junior Staff – Procurement & QS

Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience Desired:

• Degree Quantity Surveying
• Have good understanding of construction methodologies
• Have excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills
• Computer literate with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Packages, including Microsoft Excel.
• Must have a UK Residence and Eligible for employment
