We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor that has a passion for making money on site that wants to be a Commercial Manager. This role is for a driven professional that wants to get ahead in their career.

If you enjoy fast track buildings projects then read on as this represents a great opportunity for a cash rich employer. Due to a result of continuing levels of growth, profitability & 3 Major Project Awards our client is looking for a strong Quantity Surveyor to help strengthen the team.

These 3 projects are a £35 Million Industrial Unit based outside Reading , £100 Million Data Center in North London & Commercial Development near Reading worth £22 Million

£800 million turnover multi-disciplinary buildings main contractor covers a multitude of sectors. They have a great team spirt and looking for a self motivated and confident individual to add value to the commercial department.

Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities 

• Cost Value Reports
• Tender Analysis
• Letting of sub-contracts
• Contract administration of the sub-contracts
• Managing forecasts, cash flow & payment certifications
• Take offs & Bills of Quantities

Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying Desired but not essential if you have relevant Construction Background
• 2-3 Years in a similar post
• Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills
• Computer literate with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Packages, including Microsoft Excel.
• Must have a UK Residence and Eligible for employment

Quantity Surveyor Package for the right candidate:

• £57-£72,000 dependent on experience
• 11% Vehicle allowance or Company Car
• Health Insurance & Life Insurance
• Annual Bonus
