One of the largest Data Center Projects to have been awarded in Germany for Q3 & Q4 IN 2024. You will be joining a market leader across the Main Contracting sector. This group currently has live projects across 6 European Countries will another 2 at final negotiation / PSA stages.

This client very much believe in attitude and internal promotions and progression. You will be working alongside a proven Commercial Lead that has delivered 8 Data Center projects for this client.

This person will not only be your manager but also your mentor.

 

Project 

  • Major Tech Client
  • Total of 90 Mega Watt with first phase at 30 M/W
  • 16 Month Program on site
  • Value of work between €110-150 Million

Do you match the following:

  • Degree Quantity Surveying or relevant construction experience
  • Solid career experience working for a Reputable Main Contractor or Sub Contractor
  • A willingness and ambition to learn and succeed climbing the ladder
  • EU Passport Holder Desired but not essential as they have British Passport holders on site
  • Ideally 3-5 Years experience as a Quantity Surveyor
  • Ready to start on site before the 10th of February 2025

Overview 

  • Working as an integral part of the Commercial team on a newly awarded project
  • Handling a range of commercial and surveying duties from CVR’s , letting of sub-contract packages , procurement, payments, notices and so on
  • 25 days of vacation per year + annual holidays
  • Accommodation fully expensed whilst in country
  • Vehicle fully expensed
  • 1 Return flight to home country every 3-4 weeks
  • Phone available also for private use
  • Pension, Medical & Annual Pay Review + BONUS
