Due to a result of continuing levels of growth, profitability & 2 Major Project Awards our client is looking for a strong Quantity Surveyor to join the team ASAP.

These projects are a £30 Million Industrial Unit based outside of Slough & the second project is a Major Data Center award worth £100 Million

This £650 million turnover multi-disciplinary buildings main contractor covers a multitude of busy sectors including, retail, residential, industrial & distribution and commercial. They have a great team spirt and looking for a self motivated and confident individual to add value to the commercial team.

You would be reporting into a  Regional Commercial Manager who will provide all the support necessary to succeed and make he step up the ladder into a more leadership role.

General Quantity Surveyor responsibilities within this employer

• Cost Reports
• Tender Analysis
• Letting of sub contracts
• Contract administration of the sub contracts
• Managing forecasts, cash flow & payment certifications
• Take offs & Bills of Quantities

Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying Desired but not essential if you have relevant Construction Background
• 3-4 Years in a similar post
• Have excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills
• Computer literate with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Packages, including Microsoft Excel.
• Must have a UK Residence and Eligible for employment

Quantity Surveyor Package for the right candidate:

• £55-£75,000 dependent on experience
• 10% Vehicle allowance or Company Car
• Health Insurance & Life Insurance
• Annual Bonus
