Based in the Head Office based 15 Minutes drive from Dubai Marina. You will be handling a range of resource planning activities to help at pre-construction and bidding stages.

 

The Role 

Your expertise and overview will help to ensure project success and certainty.

Working closely with the Head of Planning & Pre-Construction you will be liaising with all department & division heads.  You will take a highly analytical view to KPI’s resource planning, man hrs wasted and dissect productivity. Can you look at realistic outputs during the summer months opposed to the Guinness book of records that someone within estimation may perceive possible!

• Creating and building the long, medium and short term needs for forecasting
• Building and maintaining new long term workforce capacity models and methods, striving to innovate planning practices and techniques
• Creating and maintaining short/medium term models to predict performance outcomes based on existing resources and provide recommendations for improvements and areas of opportunity
• A subject matter expert in the field of Resource Planning, you will be looked on to influence and recommend best practice ways of working
• Able to present in-house to key stakeholders
• You will grow and develop a team over 18-24 Months in the role

Does your CV show 

• Clear Experience within the MENA region handling Resource Planning
• Understand and have a wealth of experience within forecasting, managing resource levels and using a workforce management solution
• Loyal employment periods
• Clear success of managing and growing teams
• Strong IT skills from Excel , Word & CRM
