As a Safety Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in the success of a €65 Million Heavy Civil Engineering & Process project located just 20 minutes outside of Central Limerick.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee site safety, inductions, initiatives, and stakeholder management for the assigned project.
  • Lead safety efforts on various project elements, including earthworks, utilities, concrete substructures, pavement works, MEP, and structural steel.
  • Proactively promote and manage safety on-site, demonstrating a can-do attitude.

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Safety Advisor, with a desire to step into a leadership role.
  • NEBOSH & IOSH certifications are essential.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • IT literacy, with the ability to manage and present at pre-starts.
  • Proven track record in safety roles within the Irish market, ideally with a Main or Sub Contractor.
