CSA Site Manager / Construction Manager is required for a Major Mega Watt Data Center just awarded to a key client of ours. This Mission Critical Data Center is based just outside of Frankfurt -Germany. If you have experience in Europe leading site teams handling productivity, safety, program and sub-contract management our client want to hear from you.

• Reporting into the Project Director on site you will be helping turn this Greenfield site into a fully operational Mega Watt Data Center for a Leading Technology client.

You will understand the dynamic of a fast paced site for a Major Main Contractor. This means multiple sub-contractors, deliveries, client change and spinning multiple tasks . This main contractor likes to collaborate with the supply chain to ensure that everyone can hit targets on site and walk away happy.

 

Client:

• Leading Main Contractor operating in 9 Countries
• Turning over circa €1 Billion
• 25 Years trading, strong financial position
• NSR has a strong 7 Year working relationship with the client

Client are seeking :

• Ideally based in Germany or Europe and able to MOBILIZE before Mid-May LATEST
• EU Passport is desirable with the visa criteria at present for clients hiring in this region
• Clear experience in a Site Management / Construction Manager capacity working on D/C type projects
• Solid construction education , training & technical awareness

Package Provided 

• Basic Salary of €70-85,000 Per Annum
