• Act in a contractually non aggressive manner and driven by client happiness. They ensure all obstacles are removed to find win win for all parties
• Working alongside a dynamic and well humored Project Director on site

 

Do you match below 

• Prior Design Management Experience as No1
• Clear D&B project experience on Data Centers and technology projects
• Understanding of working on the Main Contracting side protecting the contract and managing / driving design within all parties
• Strong & clear communication skills
• Experience of BIM & IT software packages used on Data Center Construction Projects (Clash detection)
• Technical understanding to read drawings, review program and add value to the SLT
