We are working on behalf of a Real Estate Developer in the UAE who are looking to hire a Senior Development Manager / Director.

This person will lead strategic oversight and management of all development projects, ensuring that they meet the organization’s strategic objectives and financial goals. This role involves directing the development process from concept through completion, providing leadership to various teams, and ensuring top-tier client and stakeholder satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities:
-Strategic Leadership: Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for all development activities.
Oversee the formulation of development strategies that align with the company’s long-term goals.
– Project Portfolio Management: Oversee a large portfolio of development projects, ensuring efficient
allocation of resources and maximization of returns.
– Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with high-level stakeholders, including investors, government officials,
and major clients, to secure project support and funding.
– Risk Management: Implement comprehensive risk management frameworks for all development projects,
addressing potential risks across financial, operational, and regulatory areas.
– Innovation and Sustainability: Spearhead initiatives that incorporate innovative building practices and
sustainability into project designs to enhance market competitiveness and environmental stewardship.
– Corporate Governance: Ensure all development activities comply with corporate governance standards
and local regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:
– Experience: Minimum of 15 years in development management, with substantial experience as a leader in
managing multimillion-dollar projects.
– Industry: Proven track record in real estate or related industries with significant leadership roles.
– Education: BSc degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, or a related

Remuneration / Benefits:

This role comes with a monthly package of 65-75k AED per month, plus private medical and annual flight for the employee.
