Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain baseline schedules with resource and cost loading aligned to contract deliverables.
- Establish detailed progress measurement systems and trackers.
- Review and monitor submittal logs, ensuring timely approvals to avoid delays.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress updates, prepare lookahead programs, and track project milestones.
- Co-ordinate with the team and prepare timeline for any key issues / delays.
- Issue delay notices for excusable delays per contract terms and propose recovery plans for non-excusable delays.
- Prepare and defend Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
- Coordinate and integrate subcontractor schedules into the master program.
- Generate planning reports, S-curves, and dashboards using Primavera P6, Excel, and Power BI.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 10 years of Middle East experience with reputable main contractors.
- Current experience in the Qatar construction market is preferred, GCC as a minimum.
- Degree-qualified in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
- Strong planning knowledge across main construction including buildings and external services.
- Experienced in EOT preparation, delay analysis, and subcontractor planning.
- Proficient in Primavera P6, Excel, and Power BI.
Excellent communication and coordination skills with strong stakeholder engagement.
