You will need to have clear healthcare experience and a track record in this sector to match the clients wishes

Small project could be £30 Million and a large would be £300 Million. This may mean a new build, refurbishment or extension to a live operational hospital in Africa or Asia ?

Criteria 

• Planning Manager / Senior Planning Lead for Main Contractors?
• Clear Hospitals & Healthcare experience
• Solid career history & references available upon request
• Happy to be based in the Head office and within 35 Minutes daily commute of Uxbridge – West London
