Newly awarded Data Center Project in central Dubai worth less than 500 Million AED

The Head of Planning is seeking a Senior Planner to sit on site and lead this program as the No1 / Senior Planning Engineer / Lead Planner.

You will work alongside the Senior Project Manager with a dotted line into the Head of Planning in Dubai.

Project is a collaboration between a Highly Established International Buildings Main Contractor & Major MEP Sub-Contractor

The  Project 

  • Data Center – Central – 25 Minutes drive Maximum from Dubai Marina
  • 2nd Phase award with a further 3 to go
  • Construction program is 18 Months on site
  • 11 Megawatt

Are you a Senior Planner based in Dubai looking to join a Tier 1 and kick start your career on the right path ?

Following is essential 

  1. Analytical and methodical approach to work
  2. Sounds Technical & Engineering background
  3. Capable to communicate clearly
  4. Degree Educated – Civil Engineering – If a strong CV with a different background but a track record in the UAE the client maybe open

Do you match the following criteria

  • 5-6 Years UAE experience
  • Track record for Buildings Main Contractors in the UAE ?
  • P6 / Primavera software experience
  • Can you have meaningful conversations and communicate clearly

This person will be able to start employment before the 1st of January 2025
