Senior Project Manager sought for a new £24 Million Industrial Warehouse Scheme just awarded. You will be joining a Leading UK & European Main Contractor currently turning over £600 Million+

Given the right resources & support can you hit tender margin and program.

Reporting into the Operations Manager this project will be your sole focus.  This is a repeat client for this contractor with a well-established supply chain that understand this employers USP & Ethos .

Can you build strong client relations, deliver to program and keep moral high during stressful and tight deadlines.

You are inheriting a strong team so the recipe for success is on the table. The last Project Manager has been promoted  to Project Director and transfer to a Major European Award ( always a good sign)

Below is critical

• 2 Projects delivered within Distribution & Logistics as Senior Site Manager / Project Manager
• Technically strong and have experience of bringing jobs out the ground having dealt with contaminated soil
• CSCS
• SMSTS
• First Aid
