Responsible for the success and performance onsite of a $50 Million USD (handling Concrete Repairs both small & major ) for an International Oil & Gas client.

Based full time in Al Jubail in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. You will be working on site to lead, motivate and ensure that all key stages of the project are hit in line with the contractual obligations agreed.

The Regional Director is seeking someone that has a clear experience of Major Concrete Repairs. This business are a privaleged position to be seen as a market leader in this arena. This comes from a track record in both Saudi Arabia and International Projects.

The Group are turning over $50 Million Per Annum with a very conservative target of $100 Million in 5 years Time. With such growth and opportunities being negotiate this role has the scope to develop into a key member of the regional Leadership Team over time. If you have the ambition then this will be supported long term.

About the Role 

• Regional Director is British (Line Manager)
• Your project team is a mixture of both Local & International Staff
• Role will involve project and strategic decision making
• Ensuring the highest levels of Quality, Safety & Productivity
• Provide mentorship , guidance and all round strong leadership from top to bottom

Corrosion Control 

Pre-cast Equipment Foundations

Post Tensioning Repairs

Seismic Retrofit Repairs 

Moisture Control 

Structural Strengthening 

Prestressed Concrete Tanks 

Force Protection 

 

Do you match the following :

• Experience in a Leadership capacity for a Concrete Repair Business be it Operations Manager , Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager capacity
• Have you risen up the ranks and understand concrete repairs & structures from the ground up
• Hold a CV & career history that shows loyalty , success and progression
• Degree or Relevant Construction Education – Training suitable to this role
• Can you client face and manage stakeholders
• Capable to seize opportunities and have the ability to negotiate at all levels
• Do people follow you and can you build HIGH performing teams of a strong culture
