Senior Project Planner – site based full time. £100 Million + Complex New Build Data Center, you will be working alongside the Project Director as part of the senior management team on site.

As a Project Planner / Planning Manager can you add value at both pre-construction and execution stage on site. We want a planner that can have meaningful conversations with the client rep and stakeholders.

The right person will have a clear technical strength and understanding of sequencing and “THE BUILD” process.

Construction build sequence eg, earthworks ➡   substructure ➡ superstructure ➡ façade ➡ Internal and commissioning.

You will have the chance to add real input and advice that can have a real positive affect. If you can deliver and add value, you will be rewarded for your hard work.

Our client wishes to engage someone based in the North London / Home Counties region due to the obvious travel challenges of the M25.

This client is NOT looking for someone to be based remotely so please don’t ask as it’s not the company culture. You will have to drive as the head office isn’t next to a tube station.

Do you match the following criteria? 

• Clear Planning experience for Main Contractors or Subcontractors on relevant projects
• Do you have the communication and client facing skills needed to work in a team?
• Based in the right geographical area for a daily commute and a face-to-face interview?
• Previous technical experience, capable to walk the site and review actual vs proposed.
• Primavera Software Experience ideally P6
• Candidates must be based in the UK at present.
