You will be based on a $65 Million Industrial Project in Atlanta. This award comes off a negotiation as its a repeat client that this Main Contractor works with Globally.

 

Your insight and expertise is needed on site in Atlanta. This is a crucial hire as the project was just awarded so timing is of the essence. Following is expected for successful applicants 

  • Currently based in the USA
  • open to travel across America to meet the business’s & clients  needs on future projects after 12 Months on Atlanta
  • 7 years post graduate experience in the market in a Commercial Manager / lead commercial designation
  • possess a can do attitude with a hands on approach to management and commercial activities
  • Commercially astute with a clear strength of CVR’s and sub-contract management
