The role will consist of working as part of a dedicated recruitment function that operates at every level within the
business, partnering with the leadership teams across the region, building relationships, business
strategies and objectives, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs,
managing expectations, whilst supporting and mentoring junior consultants and resourcers.

You will also be responsible for the full recruiting Lifecyle across a variety of roles, identifying,
interviewing and selecting local or expat employees both internally and externally for the business
ensuring current and future staffing requirements are met on time and with the best
available talent that match both the role profile and the company culture.

Key Duties:

Head hunting the best talent in the market from competitors or relevant companies within
the construction and property market.
Identifying people with the right skills, right experience and the right behavioural and
cultural fit for the business and its clients.
Identification of internal talent and promoting internal mobility.
Using all sourcing methods including social media, CV searching the internal and external
databases.
Generating referrals from existing employees, raising the profile of the employee referral
scheme.
Support prospects and bidding activity by working on unsecured roles.
Support hiring managers by guiding them on recruitment process.
Conducting detailed proficiency and behavioural based interviews to ensure candidates
skills and qualification match the job requirements. Whilst guiding other team members on
best practice.
Advising and consulting with the leadership teams, developing a robust recruitment
solution for the business.
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process influencing the hiring managers in their
decision making and negotiating salary packages with selected applicants.
Seeking relevant approvals for hires and managing through the internal system.
Having a deep understanding of the business, sectors, projects, clients and operating
model.

Candidate Requirements:

Min 10 years recruitment experience with a solid track record working In House positions.

End to end recruitment experience in construction or engineering industry ideally in the Middle East.

Skilled at Candidate screening and interviewing.

Proven record of expanding professional networks.

Proven experience in leadership and developing others.

Problem solver.

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking systems.
