Dubai – Marine & Infrastructure Project worth £90 Million (420 Million AED)

Project is starting first to second week in July 2025 so mobilization time is critical. Have you researched the UAE market and understand 6 day working weeks, degree attestation and the pace of work on site?

We want to hire a Site Engineer that has the ability to step to step up into a Site Agent & Project Manager capacity in the future. He or she will be placed with one of our top performers so they will have the chance to get first hand exposure to all ingredients of a major project.

This means managing direct workforces of 200-400 on site, handling plant & machinery, large scale pours, driving sub-contractors, pushing quality and managing HSE. 

If your goal is to be a Project Manager and climb the ranks then the hiring manager will support, guide and nurture you to this level.

What you will need is a relentless attitude to succeed, thick skin and a willingness to learn quickly. Our client wants to hire Site Engineers that have cut their teeth on Civil Engineering Projects so you have solid exposure to Earthworks, Drainage, Concrete, Utilities , Asphalt Paving & sub-structures.  Examples of recent awards for this Main Contractor are as follows:

  • £110 Million – Roads & Infrastructure scheme consisting of structures
  • £214 Million – Water Treatment Plant Facility
  • £40 Million – Utilities & Drainage package of a large scale Residential development
  • £60 Million – Quay Wall & Harbour Works

Following is essential if the client are to meet you on this recruitment trip 

  • Degree Educated – Civil Engineering – UK or Ireland
  • Between 2-5 Years Post Graduate experience
  • Solid Main Contracting Background
  • Clear experience on a Marine & Civil / Infrastructure projects
  • Solid experience on QA, paperwork, record keeping , working within a team
  • Happy with a 6 day working week
  • Understand this is a Single Status posting
  • Able to relocate and make this time scale listed work for you and the client
