This Main Contracting client is is looking for a site manager that understands urgency & programming. If you have worked on a Distribution , Pharma or Industrial project worth £15 Million Plus PLEASE then read on.
They have a war chest of work, moving well into 2026. They keen to get a Site Manager who is hungry to continue his development, with a clear pathway to Project Management.
Working within the management team you will report into the Senior Project Manager on site. As Site manager you will be constantly pushing, managing and coordinating all aspects.
Do you have the following:
- Have you got the commercial acumen to spot an opportunity?
- Can you drive program?
- Do you have the technical experience to manage earthworks through to cladding?
- Do you proactively walk the site pushing Safety & Quality?
- Have you got the man management skills to handle high stress situations?

Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage overall site performance
- Liaising with sub-contractors
- Reporting into Project Manger with programme updates
- Health & Safety reporting
- Review building practices to ensure compliance meets forecast budgets
